Replacement and Waranty

ZED products are manufactured to meet stringent quality standards,

Using extra-strong fabric for enhanced toughness and water-repellent materials for increased durability. Our custom-engineered zippers ensure smooth operation and a longer lifespan.

ZED Brand products are covered by the ZED Carry-In Warranty. This warranty protects against manufacturing defects in zippers, runners, buckles, and stitching caused by workmanship errors for one year from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies only when the product is used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose. It does not cover:

*Natural wear and tear

*Usage under extreme conditions

*Damage due to improper care, misuse, or negligence

*Damage caused by acts of God (floods, fires, earthquakes, etc.)

Repairs & Replacements:

If a product is deemed defective, ZED will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace it. All other repairs are chargeable.

Submitting a Warranty Claim:

To file a warranty claim, please provide your purchase invoice or warranty card (given with the product) as proof of purchase.
